About Union Spectrum Care LLC
Our Story
We are the Hammons Family and we reside in Northern Ky. We are a family of 5 that loves the outdoors, entertaining and being surrounded by friends and family.
We are a blended family with strong family roots and committed to living each day guided by our Lord and savior.
Landon and Adrianna are both pursuing their careers and attend colleges in the tristate area while Austin is 17 And attends Union Pointe Academy, a private school in Mt Zion/Florence.
Austin has been diagnosed with Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, and intellectual disorder. He is a very hard worker and eager to learn. He is a line leader, teacher’s favorite, moms baby boy, and dads go getter.

Skills and education
we are attempting to uncover those untapped skills that these teens may not otherwise find in a normal day to day life. We want to open the door of opportunity by creating an Avenue for learning jobs that are needed in the community that teens with unique learning abilities are able to perform.
we teach a work smarter not Harder approach by showing how to think before doing. Organize the tasks systematically in your mind. Break many task’s into smaller tasks and gain confidence as they go.
We also teach the Quoting of jobs, social interaction with clients, invoicing, billing, collecting of payment and budgeting.
In April of 2024 we unofficially partnered with BC Fluid Power of Florence with some light assembly and fulfillment of pipe clamps. Our hopes are to create a vocational learning facility for neurodivergent teens to learn the business and what it means to fulfill an order from start to finish with top quality in mind.

At Spectrum Care LLC we provide support, education, and teach life skills to young adults on the spectrum and persons with disabilities.
We strive to provide continuous and meaningful education to the neurodivergent community of teens.
We work collaborativley enhance their quality of life.
